  2. Mash: Mash the petals into the water to extract all the juices, then strain the liquid into a glass.

  3. Mix: Add the remaining cup of cold water, cumin powder, black salt, and your sweetener of choice.

  4. Garnish: Stir well, add mint leaves, and serve chilled.

The "Sol Kadhi" Twist: For a creamy, savory version that's excellent for gut health, mix Kokum extract with fresh coconut milk, crushed garlic, and green chilies.
